Ethel B. Ruffin, 80, resident of Selma, passed away September 4, 2012 in Atlanta, GA. Services are scheduled for September 8, 2012, 12:00 noon at Mt. Ararat Baptist Church officiated by Rev. Dr. L.L. Ruffin. Burial will follow in Pineview Cemetery directed by Miller Funeral Service of Selma.

Survivors include spouse Rev. Dr. LL Ruffin; ten sons, Erskine Brantley, HB Brantley, Joseph B. Taylor, Mario Ruffin, Leernest Ruffin, Rev. Christopher Ruffin, Rev. Myron Ruffin, Ellick Ruffin, Rev Jethro Ruffin, and Lemmie Ruffin Jr.; six daughters, Audrey B. Faush, Stephanie B. Peoples, Shavaquise R. Esquire, Desiree R. Paige, Vernicia R. Lee, and Deborah R. Hamilton; two sisters, Vera Ward and Barbara Tarvin; forty four grandchildren, twenty eight great grandchildren, five sons-in-laws, eight daughters-in-laws, two brothers-in-laws, two sisters-in-laws, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Pallbearers will be deacons at Mt. Ararat Baptist Church.
