Mr. Earnest Bennett, 54, resident of Selma, passed away July 26, 2012 at Vaughan Regional Hospital. Services are scheduled for August 4, 2012, 11:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church, Orrville officiated by Rev. Curtis Williams. Burial will follow in church cemetery directed by Miller Funeral Service of Selma.

He was preceded in death by parents, Henry and Mattie Bennett.

Survivors include, spouse Dorothea Bennett; sons, Andrea Bennett and Courtney Bennett; two daughters, Wendy Jones and Shakebie Awotona; three brothers, Henry, Lee Earnest, and Robert; two sisters,Doris and Annie; mother-in-law, Bobbie Sanders; nine grandchildren, two daughters-in-laws, six brothers-in-laws, eleven sisters-in-laws, a host of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Keith High School Class of 1978.
