Susie Young, 91, a resident of Orrville, AL.,passed away May 22, 2012. Funeral services are scheduled for 11am Monday May 28, 2012 at John The Baptist in Orrville with Rev. Curtis Williams officiating. Burial will follow in the Churchyard Cemetery directed by J. H. Williams & Sons Funeral Home.

The body will lie in state one hour prior to service.

Susie Young was a faithful member at John the Baptist until her health failed. She has spent the last few years in Warren Manor Nursing Home where she remained until God called her home.

She is preceded in death by her son, Calvin Lee Smith.

She leaves to cherish her memories daughter-in-law, Bertha Smith; faithful and devoted nephew, Samuel Starks of Virginia; niece Bessie Mae Vaughan; great nephew Walter Starks, Montgomery, AL.; great nieces, Laura Merchant of Orrville, JoAnn Medinus, Columbus, GA., Bessie Adams of Selma, and many other special relatives and friends.
