Mrs. Catherine Janell Holland, age 91, passed away Wednesday in Charleston, SC. She was born August 7, 1920 and for the past five years she had lived in Charleston, SC at the Harvest Health and Rehab Nursing Home and prior to that lived in Selma, AL, for twenty years. She is preceded by her husband, Robert B. Holland.

She is survived by her son, John B. Holland and his wife, Kathy of Tyler AL; her daughter, Virginia H. Edwards and her husband, Joseph J. Edwards, Jr. , of Charleston, SC. ; five grandchildren, Gail Seago of Orlando, Patrick Holland of Alabama, and Elizabeth Holland of Tyler, AL., Joseph J. Edwards III(Nicole) , Charleston, Steven B. Edwards, Charleston; three great grandchildren, Coleman Seago of Orlando, Kennedy Holland of Alabama and William Edwards of Charleston, SC . She is also survived by one sister Annette Feil of Atlanta, GA and a brother John C. Wilson and his wife, Joann of Tyler, Al.

Visitation was held Saturday from 10:00 until 11:00 AM at the Upper Black Creek Primitive Baptist Church.

Graveside services was on Saturday at 11:00 AM at the Upper Black Creek Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery with Elder Keith Hamilton officiating.
