Mrs. Smith was born in Chilton County, Alabama, January 6, 1919 and departed this earth to be with her Lord February 6, 2012. She is preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Lehman A. Smith. She is survived by her daughter, Wilda (Charlie) Britton of Montgomery and her son Cecil (Debra) Smith of Northport. Also she leaves behind three grandchildren, Chris (Julie) Smith of Trussville, Alison (Ronald) Johnson of Wetumpka and Jill (David) Raynowska of Northport, as well as seven great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held Wednesday February 8, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Pineview Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be at Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home from 10 until 10:45 a.m. Wednesday.
Pallbearers will be Chris Smith, David Raynowska, Ronald Johnson, Ronnie Lipham, Jr., Coleman Smith and Tyler Johnson. Honorary Pallbearers are the staff and Management of Glen Haven Health and Rehab, Northport, AL.
