Lydia N. Rutledge, 86, resident of Selma, passed away January 18, 2012 at Vaughan Regional Medical Center. Services will be held  Saturday, January 28, 2012, 12:00 noon  at Second Missionary Baptist Church officiated by  Rev. Darryl Moore. Burial will follow in Fairlawn Memory Garden directed by Lewis Brothers Funeral Home.

She is preceded in death by parents, Abe and Plummy Web. Survivors include spouse, Ledger Rutledge; two sons, Willie Steele and James Rutledge; daughter, Christine R. Spear. Pallbearers will be Sammy Pickett, John Spear, Jr., Phillip Spear, Christopher Smiley, and Orlando Davis.
