Nevile Colley

Nevile Colley, 71, resident of Orange Beach, Alabama, and former long time resident of Selma, Alabama, passed away in his home, surrounded by his family on Sunday, October 23, 2011.

Nevile was a dedicated employee of International Paper for over 40 years.

He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Patricia Colley; sons, Ken Colley, Keith (Rachel) Colley; daughter, Trisha Colley; grandsons, Travis, David and Bryan  Keith Colley and granddaughters Grace and Maggie Colley; eleven brothers and sisters, Gaynor (Charles) Mitchell, Kathleen (Paul) East, Donita Colley and Tedric (Jackie) Colley of Lanett, Alabama, Eleanor (Johnny) Shepherd and Aulcie Colley of Beulah, Alabama, Beverly (Paul) McClelland of Cusetta, Alabama, Deborah (Archie) Archuleta of Navarre, Florida, Jerome (Glenda) Colley of Lawton, Oklahoma, Jim Arthur Colley (Sandra) of Opelika, Alabama, Beric (Melanie) Colley of Dadeville, Alabama and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by parents, Terrell Alton and Maggie Lois Colley; one brother, Larmie Colley; two sisters, Will Ann Colley and Alicia Colley Green; and infant son, Nevile Colley II.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday October 27, 2011, 2:00 p.m. at Romar Baptist Church, 23370 Perdido Beach Blvd., Orange Beach, Alabama.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Oddessy Healthcare, 2805 Millwood Circle, Daphne, Alabama 36526.

He will be greatly missed.
