Mary C. Bender, age 69, of Stanton, died Monday October 3, 2011. She is survived by her son, Chuck Yeargan (Angie Yeargan); grandchildren, Brad Yeargan (Brittany), Brant Yeargan, Braxton Yeargan; great-grandchildren, Hayden Yeargan and Pearce Yeargan; brothers, Roy Carter (Wanda), Gene Carter (Janet) and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday October 6, 2011 at Elkdale Baptist Church with Reverend Cory Horton officiating and Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home directing and burial following at Ebeneezer Baptist Cemetery in Stanton. The family will receive friends at the church from 1-2 p.m. Thursday.

Pallbearers will be Cliff Ousley, Ed Day, Patrick Smith, Dylan Smith, Tyler Carter and Casey Carter.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to the American Cancer Society for Breast Cancer, P.O. Box 22718 Oklahoma City, OK 73123 or Ebeneezer Baptist Church Cemetery fund.
