Walter “Boo-Li” Hudson, Jr., 61, passed on September 27, 2011 at St. Vincent’s Hospital, Birmingham, Alabama. He leaves to cherish his memory  two sisters, Lizzie (Archie, Sr.) Blevins and Alberta Carmichael; three brothers, George (Lucille) Hudson, James (Kathy) Hudson, all of Selma, Alabama, and John Hudson,  Los Angeles, California; 15 nieces and 10 nephews; along with a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter Hudson and Alberta Hudson (Smith), and a sister, Josephine Hopkins. A memorial service will be held Thursday, October 6, 2011, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 2910 Earl Goodwin Parkway, Selma, Alabama at 1:00 p.m. with his brother, James Hudson, officiating.
