Funeral Service for the late First Lady Elaine V. Starks (Wife of Elder Bryan Starks)  will be held Saturday, September 10, 2011, 1:00 p.m. at Mt. Zion P.B. Church, 1306 Union Street, Selma. Services will be directed by Julia L. White Funeral Service.
