Mrs. Pearlie Wade Wilkins

Mrs. Pearlie Wade Wilkins, 87, resident of Sardis, Alabama, passed away August 25, 2011 at Vaughan Regional Hospital. Services are scheduled for Saturday, September 3, 2011, 12:00 noon at Shiloh Baptist Church, Sardis, AL., officiated by Rev. Byron Butler. Burial will follow in Mt. Olive #1 Cemetery directed by Miller Funeral Service of Selma.

She was preceded in death by three sisters, Melinda Towns, Leatha Matthews, and Lula Bee Hollis; three brothers, J.B., J.D., and Willie Towns.

Survivors include seven sons, Richmond (Jean) Wade, Pensacola, FL., Andrew Towns, Selma, Adoulph Wilkins, Selma, Carl Wilkins, Atlanta, GA., George Wilkins, Selma, AL., Albert (Marilyn) Wilkins of Atlanta, GA., and Mitchell Wilkins, Selma, AL.; five daughters, Georgia Mae Wade, May Bell Towns, Lucille Andrews, Catherine Bates, and Hester Wilkins all of Selma, Alabama; forty five grandchildren, seventy six great grandchildren, twenty three great-great grandchildren, two daughters-in-laws,  and a host of  nieces and nephews; special friends, Peggy Shannon and Shirley Pettway.
