Kay Latham Holbrook, age 50, of Marion Junction, died Saturday, July 30, 2011.

He is survived by his wife: Belinda Holbrook; father: Claude Holbrook Sr. (Martha) of Selma; daughters: Jessica Foley, Sherrer Durden (William) of Selma, Ruth Haygood (Brent) of Tuscaloosa; sons: Donald Holbrook (Stephanie) and John Holbrook of Selma; grandson: Jackson Foley; granddaughter: AnnMaria Holbrook; sisters: Kim Wood (Joe) of Selma, Claudia Stewart (Gary) of Crestview, FL; brothers: Bill Holbrook (Jan) of Prattville, chad Holbrook (Amanda) of Selma, Christopher Holbrook of Selma, Mark Jackson; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services were held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, August 1, 2011 at Meadowview Christian Church with Rev. Joshua Henry and Dr. Bill Gardner officiating and Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home directing. Visitation was held at Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home on Sunday, July 31, 2011 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.

Pallbearers were: Tom Hall, Pete Stanfield, Richard Vurhop, Gene Hiesel, and Steve Holland.
