Ms. Marquishia ThigPen, 19, resident of Montgomery, passed away July 12, 2011 at Baptist South Medical Center. Services are scheduled for July 16, 2011, 11:00 a.m. at Summer Grove Baptist Church officiated by Rev. Willie Wright. Burial will follow in Summer Grove Cemetery directed by Miller Funeral Service of Selma.

Survivors include parents Barbara Thigpen and Andrea Cameron; one brother, Tarrance Thigpen; one sister, Kishon Thigpen; seven great aunts, two great uncles, eight stepsisters, two uncles, and one aunt.
