Barbara Jean Watts, 61, resident of Selma, Alabama passed away Monday, November 22, 2010 at Vaughan Regional Medical Center. Services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m., Saturday, November 27, 2010 at Ellwood Community Church officiated by Pastor Gary Crum. Burial will follow in Fairlawn Memory Gardens directed by Lewis Brothers Funeral Home.

Ms. Watts was a 1966 graduate of R.B. Hudson High School. She was preceded in death by parents Lathaniel Watts and Ruby Brown Watts; two brothers, Ernest DuBose and Jerome Watts; sister, Annette Stribling; and nephew, Jerrold Watts.

Survivors include one son Roderic Watts ; sisters, Ruby Strudwick, Patricia Woodford , Tena Shelton of Michigan, Evelyn Jones of Selma; three brothers, Joseph DuBose of Idaho, John DuBose and Lethaniel Watts of Selma; two grandsons Javarius Posey and Mardriekus Miles of Selma.

Visitation is 10:00 a.m. until service starts, Saturday, November 27, 2010 at Ellwood Community Church, 1705, Selma, Avenue.
