Walter Lee Bowyer age 74, of Selma passed away on Monday, October 18, 2010 at his home. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m.Thursday,October 21, 2010 at Lawrence Brown –Service Funeral Home with Reverend Rod Rochester officiating and Lawrence Brown Service Funeral Home directing and burial following in Pineview Memory Gardens. The

family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m.Wednesday at the funeral home.

Mr.Bowyer was preceded in death by his parents Alfred and Fannie Bowyer. Survivors include his daughter, Sharon Anderson (Kenny) of Stanton, AL and his brother, Robert Bowyer (Shelby) of Sutton West Virginia, he is also survived by his extended family, Christine Anderson and her children, Gwen Leeman, Teresa Anderson, Danelle

Webber, Ronald Anderson and James Anderson.

Active Pallbearers will be Roger Teel, Melanie Boutwell, Jerry House, Jonathan  Anderson, Ronald Anderson, Sr., and James Anderson.

Honorary pallbearers will be Ronald Anderson, Jr., Marcus Tukel and Joshua Anderson.
