Police search for suspects in shooting on U.S. 80

SELMA — Police officers are searching for suspects who shot into an occupied vehicle Friday night.

Around 7 p.m. a 49-year-old male reported to police as he, his wife and an infant traveled in the 400 block of U.S. 80 East, occupants of a dark colored vehicle fired shots at them.

The shots hit the front windshield, said Sgt. Doug Stewart, administrative division commander for the Selma Police Department.
