School officials are discussing and looking to the Dallas County Emergency Management Agency today before making a decision about holding school on Friday.

Officials at Morgan Academy said they would make a decision about school for Friday by 3 p.m. Meadowview Christian will decide by 1 p.m.

The early afternoon is about the time when the AISA will announce about the potential rescheduling of sporting events.

Selma Schools Superintendent Dr. Austin Obasohan said a decision will be made about the Selma system sometime tonight.

Dallas County schools will decide after meeting with the EMA at 2 p.m.
