Ruby Suther Sager, 72, of Hollidaysburg, PA, died Monday, January 4, 2010, at Altoona Regional Health System, Altoona Hospital Campus.
She was born in Suttle, Ala., daughter of the late Cecil and Claudia (Wilson) Suther. She married William A. Sager May 1, 1954, in Selma, Ala., and he preceded her in death Aug. 21, 1992.
Surviving are a daughter, Kathie L. Dare and husband, Bryan, of Hollidaysburg; a son, Keith; four grandchildren: Apollo Wansley, Adonis Wansley, Kassandra Dare and Keith Sager Jr.; three great-grandchildren; and a sister, Sylvia L. (Danny) Hoggle of Selma, Ala. She was preceded in death by a half brother, Mike Dropp.
Ruby was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith.
