I am 13 years old and live in Birmingham, Alabama. Two weeks ago, I was in Selma visiting my great-grandmother and had a fantastic time!

We ate lunch at the Downtowner, visited City Hall and the mayor’s office and saw two art exhibits.

I had already seen all the wonderful butterflies in town when my family went to Riverfront Market last year.

Everywhere we went, there was a lot to do and see and we couldn’t even see it all. What I will always remember most, is how friendly and sweet all the people were to me. I love Selma.
