After losing 9-7 to Greensboro in pool play, Selma beat Southside 11-1 and 23-22 to earn a rematch with the Raiders in the championship game of the Southside Fastpitch Tournament on Saturday.

Their game started at 9:30 p.m., and concluded at midnight with a 7-5 Selma win. The Saints overcame a 4-1 deficit, and DeAnna Steele hit a two-run double to put the Saints ahead for good.
