Meadowview, Morgan to release students early Thursday
Meadowview and Morgan school students will be released at 1 p.m. in anticipation of severe weather, according to Rhonda Abbott, interim director of the Dallas County Emergency Management Agency.
The possibility for severe weather events is high for this area from about 3 to 6 p.m., according to the National Weather Service at Birmingham. In the event a TORNADO WATCH is issued for Selma and Dallas County, selmatimesjournal.com will begin a live blog from EMA headquarters.
