Mrs. Louise Lee age 83, of Montgomery, AL, formerly of Carrollton, Ga., and Selma, Al. passed away Thursday, March 05, 2009. She was born June 9, 1925 in Cleburne County, Alabama the daughter of the late Jessie B. Holcombe Grizzard and Earl Thomas Grizzard. Mrs. Lee was a homemaker and a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church Carrollton. Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Barney E. Lee; sisters Marie Anderson, Jewel Entrekin and Merlene Moore. Survivors include her children and spouses, James and Suellen Lee of Montgomery, Al., Tom and Janette Lee of Valley Grande, Al., and Nancy and Doug Gilmore of Panama City, Fl.; sister Mary Pruett of Carrollton; brothers, Benjamin Grizzard of Anniston, Al. and William Grizzard of Notasulga, Al.; also 8 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. The funeral was held Saturday, March 7, at Martin &Hightower Heritage Chapel in Carrollton, Georgia. Dr. Howard Cobble, long time pastor and friend officiated.
