The Dallas County softball team was knocked out of the Troy Invitational Tournament in the quarterfinals with a 5-1 Rehobeth win.

The Hornets jumped out early as McKinsey Crawford reached on a single and scored on a Daniels double. Rehobeth quickly responded with two runs in the bottom of the first. Cassie Daniels took the loss despite a three-hit performance.

On Saturday morning, the Lady Hornets lost a close game to Headland 3-1. Jasmine Gould scored the lone run of the game for the Hornets on an RBI double by Avery Mott.

Daniels tossed a two-hitter with nine strikeouts.
