The Auburn Tigers landed a pair of highly regarded receiver prospects on signing day.
DeAngelo Benton of Bastrop, La., signed with the Tigers on Wednesday. He had signed with LSU out of both high school and prep school, but returned home in the fall to take a class to become eligible.
Benton was a Parade All-American in 2006 and still has four years of eligibility.
Texas receiver Emory Blake chose Auburn over Texas Tech and Colorado on signing day.
Auburn also signed running back Dontae Aycock, a former Georgia Tech commitment. Defensive lineman Josh Jackson and junior college cornerback Taikwon Paige both signed after giving their pledges Tuesday evening.
The Tigers received at least 22 letters of intent in the morning.
