… that an unnamed senator collapsed during the inaugural luncheon and that paramedics have been called to the Capitol. Unconfirmed reporets, according to CNN, is that it was ailing U.S. Sen. Edward M. Kennedy, D-Mass.

Obama prefaced his remarks by acknowledging it was Kennedy and sent best wishes to his family, especially his wife, Vickie.
