Lady Warriors dominate Jackson
Central Christian earned a convincing 70-25 win over Jackson Academy on Friday.
The Warriors outscored Jackson 37-6 in the first half, and didn’t let up the rest of the way.
“My girls came out and played hard from the tip, from buzzer to buzzer,” said Central Christian coach Darrel Walker. “I’m very proud of the effort they gave tonight and they played excellent defense.”
Tiffany Brown led the Warriors with 26 points and nine steals. Chelsea Perry added14 points and Sandretta Thomas finished with 11.
Jeanne Faith led Jackson with 10 points.
