Mary Margaret Truman

Mrs. Mary Margaret Crawford Truman died Sunday, December 14, 2008 at her residence after a lengthy illness. Meg was born October 29, 1950. She had worked with the Alabama Cattlemen’s Association and currently was a librarian with Judson College in Marion, AL. Meg’s passion was encouraging others to become closer to Jesus and grow in Him in the fruits and gifts of the Holy Spirit.
Meg is survived by her husband, Rolland G. Truman of Marion Junction; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. David L. Crawford of Marion Junction; sisters, Cherry C. (Donnie) Russell of Selma; Elon C. (Daryl) Steinberg of Montgomery; Mary Alice Zora of Leewood, Kansas;
Dolly C. (Hardy) Demeranville of Mobile and precious nieces and nephews.
A vigil service is scheduled from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 16, 2008 and funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 17, 2008 both at The Cathedral of Christ the King, 1204 Highland Avenue, Selma, AL. A private burial will follow at Fellowship Cemetery in Perry County.
