Severe weather that damaged buildings in north Alabama left Selma largely unscathed.

A survey of schools and colleges in the city and Dallas County showed no changes in class schedules and no damages.

No other damages were reported as of noon today.

A weather briefing has been scheduled for 2 p.m. in the Dallas County EMA office.
