Mr. Felix “Bone” Rojas, Sr., 51, of Selma, AL, died Sunday, November 30,2008 at UAB in Birmingham, AL. Services are scheduled for Thursday, December 4, 2008 at 2:00pm at Shiloh Baptist Church officiated by Joshua Davis. Burial will follow in Forrest Lawn-Covina Hills, 21300 Via Verde Drive, Covina, California under the direction of Miller Funeral Home Service and Forrest Lawn Funeral Home.
Survivors include a devoted wife of 19 years, Naomi Irvin Rojas; parents Eulogio and Francisca Rojas; four sons, Felix Rojas, Jr. of LaGrange, GA, Mario Rojas of San Bernadine, CA, Kenny Irvin and Kory Irvin of Selma, AL; three daughters, Manwella Rojas of Montclaire, CA, Nyteshia Irvin Rojas and Lajoyce Rojas of Selma, AL; three brothers, Rafael Rojas, Juan Rojas, Eulogio Rojas Jr. of Pomena, CA; two sisters, Carmen Carter and Francis Rojas of Pomena, CA; nine grandchildren, one son-in-law; six brothers-in-law; thirty-two nieces; fifteen nephews; best friend Stanley Edwards of Sprott, AL; and four aunts.
Pallbearers will include Sam Craig, Gary Ransom, Percy Johnson, Allan McCampbell, Jr. Shannon, and Richard Montgomery.
