ESPN’s Chris Low is reporting that sources say Tennessee coach Phillip Fulmer will step down as head coach when the season is over.

An official announcement is being planned for this afternoon at Neyland Stadium. The Volunteers are 3-6 on the season, and just 1-5 in the SEC.
