James Watt Hollingshead, age 86 of Sardis, died Sunday October 19, 2008. Survivors include his wife; Corinne Hollingshead, sons; James C. Hollingshead (Diane), of Huntsville, AL, David W. Hollingshead (Linda) of Jacksonville, FL, Richard E. Hollingshead (Judy) of Sardis, AL, grandson; Jimmy Hollingshead of Huntsville, AL, granddaughter; Candace Davis of Charlotte, NC, step grandson; Brian Keith McDougald (Wahoo) of Snowden, AL, great granddaughter; Katie McDougald of Snowden, AL sister; Gladys Middleton of Selma, and beloved friend Rusty.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday October 22, 2008 at Pleasant Hill Baptist Cemetery Church with Dr. David Thomas officiating and Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home directing.
