Samuel L. Benford, 77, a resident of Selma, passed August 5, 2008. Funeral services are scheduled for Wednesday, August 13, 2008 at 1 p.m. from Phillip Grove Baptist Church with Pastor Kirk Ellison officiating. Burial will follow in the churchyard cemetery with J. H. Williams &Sons Funeral Home directing.
