An M&B Railroad train derailed about an hour ago at Alabama 22 and County Road 45 near Orrville in rural Dallas County.

Authorities said no hazardous materials were in the cars of the train. Nobody was injured.

State and local officials are working the scene.

Railroad cars have blocked a portion of Ala. 22 and all of the crossing on County Road 45.

Authorities have said they expect to have the wreckage cleared within 24 hours.
