DOLLY IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST NEAR 7 MPH…11 KM/HR. A TURN BACK

TO THE WEST-NORTHWEST IS EXPECTED TOMORROW WITH A SLIGHT INCREASE

IN FORWARD SPEED UNTIL THE SYSTEM DISSIPATES ON FRIDAY.
