Mayor James Perkins Jr. has asked the City Council to call a special meeting Wednesday to hear from Mark Kelley of Election Systems & Software.

On Monday, some council members, including council President George Evans, raised questions about the ability of people to compromise the integrity of the voting machines if they were stored in the basement of City Hall before the election.
