Mattie Lee Courtland, a loving and devoted sister and mother, who has touched many hearts died on June 30, 2008.
Mrs. Courtland was a big sister to brothers (Johnny Waller and Jesse Waller) of Orrville, Alabama.
Her marriage of more than 50 years to Cournelious Courtland (deceased) yielded fifteen chidlren (10 boys, 5 girls) Five girls (Geneva, Mattie Emma Reneva, Carolyn) and eight boys (Cournelious, Lattied, Lorenzo, John, Sylvester, Nathaniel, Samuel, Alvin).
Along with their families mourn her passing. God’s garden has yet another beautiful flower.
Funeral Services will be held at John The Baptist Church (Orville, Alabama) on Saturday, July 12, 2008, at 12:00 noon.
