Shana Busby Cole

Shana Busby Cole, 41, died Sunday, June 22, 2008 on the Alabama River.

Services will be held Wednesday, June 25, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. at Crosspoint Christian Church with Rev. Alan Yarbrough officiating.

Burial will follow at New Live Oak Cemetery with Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home directing.

Visitation will be one hour prior to service at the church.

Survivors include her son, Kaylon Kelsey Cole, her fianc/, Joe Sanders, her mother and step-father, Janet & Howard Godsy, one brother, William H &8220;Buzz&8221; Busby (Lisa) of Gulf Breeze, Florida, two sisters, Babs (Lee) Bender and Mitzi (Randy) Tucker both of Selma and two nephews, Brandon Tucker and Will Busby and a very special friend David &8220;Big E&8221; Estep.

She was preceded in death by her father William &8220;Billy&8221; Busby and infant niece, Brianna Busby.

Active pallbearers will be Tommy Johnson, Mike Hamm, Jack Smitherman, Steve Cole, Will Busby, and Brandon Tucker.

Shana was an individual who loved life and living life to the fullest with family and friends.

She grew up on the river, lived on the river and died doing what she enjoyed the most, enjoying the river with friends.

Baby Parry L. Rush

Baby Parry L. Rush, infant, of Collerine, AL died Sunday, June 15, 2008 at Vaughan Medical Center.

Services are scheduled for 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, June 25, at Graveside, with the Rev. Lucious Orum officiating. Burial will follow in Riggs Cemetery under the direction of Miller Funeral Service.

Survivors include mother, Arwilla Rush; two brothers, Savill Rush and Jamarcus Rush; two sisters, Meocher Rush and Kemira Rush. Other Relatives include aunts, uncles, and friends.

&8220;Joe&8221; Miller

Thomas Henley &8220;Joe&8221; Miller, age 79, of Selma died Monday June 23, 2008, at his home.

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday June 25, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. at New Live Oak Cemetery with Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home directing.

Mr. Miller is survived by his daughter, Sue Ann Miller of Chicago, IL, aunt, Ersie &8220;Pete&8221; Grindle of Selma, as well as numerous cousins.

Honorary pallbearers will be James Wilkerson, Robert Radford, Morgan Burch, Jay Shelley, Dale Curry, and Julian Mock.

Willie McConnell

Ms. Mae Willie McConnell, 73, of Autauga County died Sunday, June 22, 2008 at her home.

Final arrangements will be announced at later date by Miller Funeral Service.
