Woodmen of the World take 15-2 win over Golden Ranch

The Woodmen of the World team in the 5-6 year-old softball league had no shortage of scoring Monday night.

The team jumped ahead of Golden Ranch early and stayed on top in a 15-2 win at the Selma Softball Complex.

Woodmen of the World practically put the game out of reach in the second inning by scoring seven times. Caroline Thomas and Maggie Colley both drove in two runs each. Tamia Sharpe, Madison Hale and Montana Goodman all had RBIs in the inning.

Golden Ranch had a chance to put some runs on the board in the bottom of the third and final inning. Jessica Coleman was the only player who was able to deliver when she drove in a run on a single.
