Central Christian and Sumter Academy combined for 26 total runs, but Richard Ghant and Tobby Waites made the difference in the game.

Ghant drove in five runs on a multi-hit night, and Waites got the win on the mound in a 14-12 victory for the Warriors.

Ghant went 2-for-3 at the plate and doubled to lead four different players with that had two hits. Joey Raybon went 2-for-4 with a double, and Thomas Curtis was 2-for-4. Waites also was 2-for-4 with a double.
