Dannelle Shanahan

Dannelle Shanahan, age 67, of Prattville died Friday in Prattville.

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, April 14, 2008, at New Live Oak Cemetery officiated by the Rev. David Stewart and directed by Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home.

She is survived by her brother, Jake Shanahan and his wife Caro of Atlanta, GA, niece, Laura Dannelle Munn and her husband Chad of Atlanta, Great Nephew, Andrew Munn of Atlanta, cousins, Robert F. (Martha) Owen of Selma, Bobby (Cristi) Owen of Prattville, Le Anne Owen, Wellesley Owen, and Cafferty Owen.

She was a member of First Baptist Church, a graduate of Huntingdon College, and retired from the Social Security Administration.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the American Heart Association.

O&8217; Brien, Frances Kelly

O&8217; Brien, Frances Kelly, 80, a resident of Montgomery, AL, passed away on Monday, April 7, 2008.

Graveside services were held on Thursday, April 10, 2008, at 2:30 p.m. at New Live Oak Cemetery in Selma,

AL with the Rev. Claude McRoberts and the Rev. Michael Howell officiating.

Visitation was held on Thursday from 10:30 a.m. &045; 11:30 a.m. at Leak-Memory Chapel.

Mrs. O&8217;Brien was a joy and loved by everybody who knew her.

She will truly be missed.

Mrs. O&8217;Brien is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, John R. O&8217;Brien of Montgomery; sister, Elizabeth Kelly McDonald of Montgomery; sister-in-law, Mary Frances Sims; cousin, Mary Mantiply; nieces, Shelly Shamsaie, Gloria Sims, and Rita Franklin; great-nieces, Mary Frances Crump, Gloria Crump, Sara Franklin and Susan Wilhelm; relative, Wanda Whitt; and very special friends, Patricia Mason and Willie Zelinda Nobles.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Trinity Presbyterian Church, Ministry to Deaf, Montgomery, AL or to Palmer Home for Children, P.O. Box 746, Columbus, MS 39703-9983.

Sylvia Ann Cook, 71, of Selma died Sunday,

April 13, 2008, at Warren Manor Nursing Home.

Services will be announced at a later date by Selma Funeral Home.
