But Larry Colston, an investigator with the 4th District Attorney&8217;s Drug Task Force, said they believe him to be the individual who pulled up in a car Friday at Dallas County High School and threatened another person as students entered the school for the day.

Colston said authorities had received the complaint and knew that the suspect was driving a 1996 bronze Lincoln Town Car. Late Friday, authorities spotted the car, pulled it over and smelled marijuana, the investigator said.

Students at Dallas County High School were detained in their classes until authorities worked out the situation, said District Attorney Michael Jackson, adding that school safety is a priority.

School officials said no weapon was displayed on campus, and there was no shooting.

However, Colston said they believed Parker to have been charged eariler and out on bond on a felony assault charge.
