Dear editor,

I’m only one of the many victims of the tornado that hit the Summerfield/Valley Grande area on Feb. 17.

I wish to express my most sincere gratitude for the help of the Red Cross, especially one of their angels of mercy by the name of Jakki Phillips.

Others in this line of angels: Sister Margaret and Ms. Kinnerson and the staff of Catholic Social Service, Edmundite Missions.

These agencies deserve and need your support.

My family and I will be forever grateful. We also wish to thank the Ramada Inn and staff for accepting so many families on such short notice.
