Mr. Anthony J. Mitchell, age 55 of Sweetwater, Alabama passed February 15, 2008 in Westminster, California.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, February 23, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. at the Independent Baptist Church, Sweetwater, Alabama.

Ralph Griffin, 72, resident of Selma, AL, died Friday, Feb. 22 at Vaughan Regional Medical Center.

Georgia Louise (Reid) Renfroe, age 91, of Huntsville, died Friday at Huntsville
Hospital.
She was a native of Shelby County and a member of East Huntsville Baptist Church.
She is survived by her
daughter, Shirley Blair of Madison; two sons, Robert Kay Renfroe of Huntsville
& Hubert E. Carmack of Jacksonville; six grandchildren;
six great-grandchildren; and two
great-great-grandchildren.
Arrangements are being
handled by Spry Funeral Home of Huntsville, where the family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Saturday.
Funeral service will be at
Spry
Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 PM Sunday, with Rev. Shannon Johnson
officiating.
Interment will
be at Maple
Hill Cemetery.
Oscar C. Willis
Mr. Oscar C. Willis, born November 29, 1920, died at the age of 87 on Thursday February 21, 2008 at his home in Selma, Alabama after a brief illness.
He was one of the finest trim carpenters in the southern states. He took pride and enjoyment in his work, in his life, in his family and in his work with Jehovah.
All that knew him will dearly miss him.
He was a great father to his children.
Services will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday, February 24, 2008 at the Chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home with Greg Ward officiating and Lawrence Funeral Home directing. Burial will follow in New Live Oak Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on February 23, 2008 from 6:00-8:00. Survivors include his wife of 67 years, Mary Jo Willis of Selma, two sons, Edward Clifton Willis and Kim Crane of Selma, Terry (Jane) Willis of DeKalb, Illinois, 4 daughters, Barbara (Rick) Blackerby, of Millbrook, Janice (David) Scott of Selma, Brenda (Dale) Cranmore of Selma and Teresa (Tommy) Gaylor of Selma. One brother, Gene Willis Northport, 2 sisters, Lucy McInnis San Antonio Texas and Estelle Roper Northport and a host of nieces and nephews. Fourteen grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren. He is also survived by his two little canine girls, Lou and Penny.
Pallbearers will be his grandchildren Scott Davis, Jamie Cranmore, Ricky Blackerby, Alan Gaylor, Jody Willis and son-in-laws, Dale Cranmore, David Scott, and Rick Blackerby. Honorary pallbearers will be his spiritual brothers from the Selma Central Kingdom Hall of the Jehovah Witnesses.
