Larry Nickles has announced his intention to run for the Dallas County Commission, District 4.

Nickles, a native of Orrville, said after consideration and prayer he planed to run again, after falling short to Kim Ballard in 2004. He is running as a Democrat in the June 3 primary election.

Nichols said he still has a desire to serve.

If there is Republican opposition, the winner of the June 3 primary would face off in Nov. 4.
