LOWNDESBORO – The Meadowview Christian girls locked down a spot in the area tournament title game.

Meadowview (21-4) defeated Evangel 46-36 Thursday and will play Lowndes in the final game tonight.

Kayla Kaldor led the Trojans with 11 points. Carol Ann McIntyre scored nine with seven rebounds. Deavan Aultman had seven points and nine rebounds. Tamara Stacey scored seven points and had six rebounds.

Peyton Utsey led Evangel with 10 points.

Both Aundrea Parks and Andreka Parks scored eight.
