Akeem Ghantt’s double-double led the Warriors to a 50-40 win over Sumter Thursday.

Ghantt had 20 points and 14 rebounds, and Bryant Rawls scored 19, allowing CCA to open area play with a win.

Joseph Reed led Sumter with 18, and Mark Geiger had 12.

The CCA girls won 35-16 behind eight points and eight rebounds from Erikka Caldwell.

Tiffany Brown had 11 points, and Saundretta Thomas had six points and four steals.
