MARION &045; Ms. Mattie May Palmore, 102, died Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2007, at her residence.

Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Friday at the Marion City Cemetery with the Rev. Dr. Larry Teasley officiating and Kirk Funeral Homes Marion Chapel directing.

In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established in Ms. Palmore’s memory at the Marion United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 85, Marion, AL 36756.
