Jerome Smith atoned for Francis Marion’s faulty free throw shooting by hitting the foul shot that iced the game Friday night.

Smith, who scored a game-high 20 points, had a 1-of-2 trip to the line with 9.1 seconds left to put the Rams (4-5) ahead by four. They held on for a 52-50 win over Choctaw County (2-4).
