JaMarion DaShawn Harris, infant, of Selma died on Tuesday Nov. 6, 2007 at Vaughan Regional Medical Center.

Graveside services are scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Sunday Nov. 11, 2007, at Elmwood Cemetery. Officiated by Pastor Reginald Wells, directed by Miller Funeral Service.

Survivors include: parents, Constance M. Suttles and Hubert T. Harris, Jr.; grandmother’s, Lola Suttles and Mary Tucker; great grandmother, Brenda Harris; grandfathers, Warren Eaton, Isiah Simmons and Hubert Harris Sr.; great grandfather, Eddie Wells, Sr.; aunts, Wanda Wells, Jacqueline Suttles, Sharmda Simmons, Shacarra Hunter and Takoria Harris; uncles, Andrew Wells, Isiah Simmons, Jr., Trentavious Mitchell, Cornelius Mixton and Marcus Irby; special uncle, Donta Harris; special friend Jacinta Myers and a host of great aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

God decided that he needed his angel more in heaven than here with us. We Love You, JaMarion.

Mae Francis Pickett

Mae Francis Pickett, 64, of Selma died on Friday Nov. 2, 2007, at Vaughan Regional Medical Center.

Funeral services are scheduled for 1:30 p.m., Saturday Nov. 10, 2007, at Fig Tree Living Word Church. Officiated by Pastor Ralph Edwards Sr. Burial will follow in the Fig Tree Living Word cemetery, directed by Miller Funeral Service.

She was preceded her in death by her mother the Late Lillie Howard.

Survivors include: her husband, John Pickett; three sons,

Gregory (Tammy) Pickett, Cherry (Regina) Pickett and Rhone Pickett all of Selma, AL.; two daughters, Olympia (Stanley) McQueen and Vanessa Howard of Selma, AL; five brothers, Columbus (Sherry) Howard, of Newark, N.J., James (Crystean) Howard, of Selma, AL., Charles (Ruth) Howard of Prattville, AL., Brady (Julia) Howard of Jones, AL., and John L. (Veatrice) Carver of Detroit, MI; four sisters, Sadie (Calvin) McGhee, Lula Walker, Angela Smith all of Jones, AL., and Zedora (John) Miller of Detroit, MI.; thirteen grandchildren; one great grandchild, one son-in-law; one daughter-in-law; two brothers-in-laws; five sisters-n-laws and a host of nieces and nephews; a special uncle, Richard Howard and a mother-in-law, Louise P. Austin.

Pallbearers are friends and family.

58, of Paulding, Ohio, formerly of Demopolis, passed Nov. 5, 2007, at Paulding General Hospital, Paulding.

Funeral Services will be held 11 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 10, 2007, at John The Baptist Church, Gallion.

The Rev. Gerome Burrell will officiate.

Interment will follow in the adjoining cemetery.

The remains will repose at the church on Saturday beginning at 10 a.m. Larkin & Scott Funeral Directors of Demopolis entrusted with arrangements.

David Blevins

David Blevins, 61 of Bellamy passed Nov. 2, 2007, at his residence.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 10, 2007, at the Morning Star Baptist Church, Bellamy.

The Rev. Michael Lauderdale will officiate.

Interment will follow in Ebenezer Cemetery, Whitfield.

Family hour will be 10:30 until 11 a.m. , Saturday, beginning at the church.

Priscilla Washington, 44, of Forkland, passed Nov. 4, 2007, at her residence.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 10, 2007, at

the Lloyd Chapel Baptist Church, Forkland.

Diane Karen Irvin

Diane Karen Irvin, 51, of Selma, died Monday, Nov. 5, 2007, at Vaughan Regional Medical Center.

Funeral services are scheduled for 1 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 10, 2007, at Ebenezer Baptist Church. Officiated by Dr. Rev. F. D. Reese. Burial will follow in the Fairlawn Memory Gardens, directed by Miller Funeral Service.

Her son Rodney J. Irvin and brother James W. Irvin preceded her in death.

Survivors include: one son, Paul O’Neal; one daughter, Dorethea (Tony) Shelton; four brothers, Frank (Mae) Irvin Sr., Willie O. (Shirelle) Irvin, Henry (Minnie) Irvin and Benjamin (Dorothy) Irvin; seven sisters, Jessica Roan, Bernice (Eddie) Moore, Jettie (George) Eaton, Beverly (Lester) Stokes, Debra (Myron) Coleman, Noami (Felix) Rajas and Ida Tarrant; eleven grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews; a longtime friend, Michael Phillips, Glen Smith, Shirley Blevins, Lillie Johnson, her favorite niece, Bernice and her grandchild, Nikki Irvin.

Carolyn B. Albritton, 48, of Selma died, Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2007, at her residence.

Funeral arrangements will be announced by Miller Funeral Service.

Paula McCauley Davis

Paula McCauley Davis, 41, of Selma died Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2007, at Vaughan Regional Medical Center.

Born June 10, 1966, to Gene and Estella Swindle McCauley.

Survivors include husband, Raymond Cecil Davis; two children, Meagan Hiliary and Alexander McCauley Davis; one brother, Gene McCauley Jr., all of Selma.

Memorial service will be held 2 p.m.,Sunday, Nov. 11, 2007, at West Wood Baptist Church in Selma.

The Rev. Henry Levert officiating and Kirk Funeral Home Marion Chapel in charge of directing.
