Washington threw scoring passes to Landon Jones and Hunter Bush and scored himself on a 12-yard keeper. Washington was 9-for-16 passing with 85 yards and ran for 71 yards.

Cam Stephens’ field goal with more than eight minutes left in the third quarter extended Wetumpka’s lead to 9 points.

A handful of unsportsmanlike conduct penalties stalled the offensive efforts of the Saints (3-4, 1-4).
